Once the issue is confirmed as a product quality problem, we will assist you in arranging a return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions:
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or in the case of product quality issues, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
* The item has been opened, tested, or shows visible signs of use;

5. Refunds & Exchanges: After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it is a product quality issue, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible:
* Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout;

* If you choose an exchange, we will ship a replacement of the same or equivalent item, subject to stock availability.
